Hi,

I just relocated to Tallahassee from Pensacola, and have so far left my 2352 Trophy at the house there. I've mostly seen people here with shallow water boats, and I was wondering if there was a spot for boats that require a little more depth.

I've found Shields Marina down on St. Marks River, but was never really sure about the drive from there to the Gulf or apalachee bay. How's the fishing / water sports activities down there? Any public reefs, or how far do you need to go for Blue Water (yeah, i'm doing plenty of google searches too!)

Thanks

The ride down ST. Marks is pretty well marked and once out past the bird rack there is no problems. If it is offshore fishing you want, most people go out of Carabelle (deep water is closer). It's a straight shot from there
