It's to my knowledge that Sportsman's Warehouse is coming to Tallahassee. Is it located on Mahan Drive?? Have any of you been in a Sportsman's Warehouse? Whaddya think??

It is located off Mahan. I've never been to one but I'm sure I'll be checking it out on July 23rd. I've heard good things about them. I think it's much better than the standard old sporting goods store with a little hunting and fishing gear.
It's scheduled to open the 23rd and the Grand Opening will be July 26.

I visited the store yesterday and thought they had a nice selection of products. They had good prices on the items that I knew, and quality stuff. I did a quick walk-through and noticed they had a nice gun department, a good selection of camo and other hunting products. They also had a huge selection of plastics for fishing with decent prices. It's not as fancy as a bass pro or cabela's, but they had the products and a lot to choose from. If you are looking something very unique to our area you might not find it, but overall it will have the majority of products you need.
I think if they are lacking in one area, it would have to be saltwater & inshore stuff.

| I'm sure everyone has something that they check for first when going into a new store. For me its a holster. I'm a lefty and its very rare that a shop has anything. Sportsmans Warehouse had a several to pick from. I was  By the time I got by on Mon the saltwater had been really picked over.I did find some MirrolureTop Pup's in colours that I have not found locale before . They said the truck would be in later that day with more
