I have 2 farms in southeast Kansas that i only archery hunt on and i'm looking to lease the muzzle loader or rifle rights .One farm is 575 ac and the other is 240 ac.The 575 farm has beans,timbered draws,creek bottoms.The 240 ac farm has timbered draws,creek bottoms and pasture.The 575 ac farm is $5.50 per ac. with a 2 hunter max.The 240 ac place is $6.50 with a 1 hunter max.I will combine both farms,4 hunters max @ $8.30 per ac. and i'll include lodging.Leftover Non-Res deer tags are on sale now @ KDWP.com. Deer tag $322.-Non-Res Lic. $72.50 Pm me with a email address for the aerials or any other questions.

Here are a father and son team from Florida that has hunted my land in the past.Last muzzle loader season one guy from there group had a miss-fire on a 170" @ 16 yds.

No money needs to change hands till you arrive. Just buy your non-Res tag and then start counting the days.I have references from guys that took advantage of this oppertunity in the past.These farms are easy to learn and I'll help as much as i can to get you on deer right away!!

These farms are up for grabs again for the 2012 season.

One guy connected with a Muzzle Loader in Sept.

He can't lease again because he is going to draw this year in Iowa.

And had anouther guy kill one during the Dec. rifle season.

Jesse just had a new baby so he is also out for 2012

These are great farms with lots of nice bucks.PM me for more info.

You can use Muzzle Loader  Sept.17-29

Or Rifle   is        Nov.28-Dec.9
