| Whats up Trevor here. 22 yr old FSU student looking to meet more people to go fishing with. Not many of my friends are into fishing here so I'm trying to network and meet people who are into all types of fishing. Whether its freshwater or saltwater. I have a small two person canoe I do all of my fishing on, so if your stuck fishing on shore all the time, i can help you out. Yet if anyone wants to take me out on their bass or saltwater boat I would be more than willing to join ya, haha. But yet just trying to meet some people, and have more opportunities to go do one of my favorite hobbies.

| Welcome aboard Nole. Several of us on here use kayaks to fish and you are more than welcome to meet us up on a lake or down at the coast. Next we head out we'll shoot you an email. I'm sure someone else that would be looking for a ride will hit you up as well.

| I personally will hit Jackson from time to time, but haven't this year. We usually are fishing the flats down around St. Marks and the Panacea area looking for Reds and Trout.

You can use your bass setup for the most part. Would recommend using a gold spoon for red fish. Either a Capt. Mike spoon or a Johnson Sprite. You basically can catch fish on three setups. A spinner bait like a spoon or a classic bass style spinner bait. A top water plug (skitterwalk, popper, or something similar) and a 1/8 oz or 1/4 jig head with a plastic on it. Those three setups are what 90% of the people will use on the flats.
Fish structure like oyster bars and grass lines or rocks and grass below the surface.

| Seminole, my cousin and I have recently started fishing the area since beginning school. Last weekend we went to a couple spots out at Piney Z and hooked onto some cats. We were looking to go back soon and do a lil bass fishing too. Neither of us have a boat and we saw your post about the canoe; If you want to fish some time lemme know
