There are transfer forms you can use to cover yourself if you sell a firearm. He's not a dealer.

This is a sweet gun, and he's not lying about never been shot.

Correct, I'm not a dealer.  If the gun has to be shipped, there are certain fees associated with that.  MSRP on this gun is $900.
