Its a nice lease we do a lot of cooking kill some nice deer and just enjoy the outdoors. our camp is located about 2 miles up the road and its private and quiet. Club has been established for 20yrs. Have camper spots with electric and water. Dues are $1700.00 and we just renewed our lease for the next 3 years. This not a timber company lease.
