I always had a few spots that I could wade to off of 98. I can't really tell you how to get to the spots because I had land markings (trees, houses, etc) not any GPS positions. Most the spots were over in Appalachicola Bay and not Apalachee Bay though.

I have netted a few off the dirt landing in Alligator Harbor of hwy 98. Never gone near St. Marks area, but I'm sure you could have some luck around Wakulla beach and Oyster Bay area.

anyone cast net for mullet?

all my old spots are fished out and i don't have a boat. does anyone know of somewhere to go and throw a net for mullet?
